SECU Family House provides a home-away-from-home for families with an adult patient being treated for a critical illness or injury at UNC Hospitals or its affiliated clinics. There is a suggested donation of $35 per night to stay in one of our 40 private rooms. This includes shuttle service to and from UNC Hospitals, laundry facilities, a help-yourself pantry with snacks and food staples, and access to a library with Internet resources. In addition to these practical amenities, staying at SECU Family House offers something perhaps even more significant -- a nurturing and compassionate community.
Last year we kicked off a Tarheel tradition with the Butch and Tammy Davis Tailgate Golf Tournament. Another round of memory-making begins this April as Coach and Mrs. Davis welcome you once again to the tournament no Carolina fan should miss. Details on the tournament, as well as electronic registration for golf and the pre-tournament BBQ are all available online.
