All guests of SECU Family House must be referred by a doctor or social worker at UNC Health Care. We regret we are unable to accommodate walk-in or self-referred guests. Admission requests are prioritized based on the medical condition of the patient and the availability of other options for housing.

Once referred by UNC Health Care, you will be placed on a waiting list for the day you will be arriving in Chapel Hill for treatment. If it is your first visit, we will contact you directly by phone or by mail before you are scheduled to arrive.
