How many seats per table?
Full table sponsorships will receive tables of 12 seats, with the option to reduce the number of seats at the request of the sponsor to allow for more distanced seating at their table. Tables with mixed groups of sponsors or individual ticket holders may be set for 10 to allow for increased distancing.
What precautions will be taken for safety against COVID-19?
We are closely monitoring CDC guidelines and our plans will be updated accordingly. We will follow CDC recommendations for outdoor gatherings.
The event will be held outdoors under tents with no sides on them to allow for an open-air event.
Masks and hand sanitizer will be available to attendees throughout the event. Masks will be required to enter the building for use of the restrooms.
Servers and bartenders will be wearing masks.
What happens if it rains?
The show will go on! The tents can be modified to protect from heavy rain and wind. In the event that a hurricane, other weather event, or the COVID-19 pandemic make it impossible to safely hold the event as scheduled, we will reschedule for a later date. Sponsors and ticket holders who are unable to attend the later date will have the option to receive a refund.
