(HHN), a nationwide professional association of 200+ non-profits that provide lodging and support services to patients and families. HHN is a resource for our staff and its Certified House Professional (CHP) designation is a standard for evaluating excellence in the profession. Our Director of House Operations, Janice Ross, is a Certified House Professional and active in HHN as a member of the HHN Certification Committee. She's been working diligently with the committee to implement HHN's online learning management system for member organization certification.
