We’d like to thank UNC 6 West, a unit of UNC Medical Center, for providing breakfast for Family House guests continually and just recently. Led by nursing assistant Kim Nguyen, pictured here in the black shirt, this spirited group prepared a delicious breakfast. As the aromas wafted throughout the House, guests trickled into the kitchen, thrilled to start their day with a hot, hearty meal. This nourishment is incredibly helpful to those who have a long day at the hospital ahead of them. 

Family House is so grateful for the generosity of our many volunteer meal providers, including these staff members of UNC 6 West. We’ve seen time and time again that when you’re going through a serious illness, the last thing you want to think about is where your next meal is coming from. Thanks to our meal providers, finding a meal is another stressful to-do that our guests can often cross off on their lists.
